From Roncobello, continue along path 269, which follows an agro-silvo-pastoral road immersed in an authentic rural setting, connecting the hamlet of Bordogna to Cantone San Francesco. Here, the path continues along the trail leading to the dam of Lake Bernigolo, a picturesque basin nestled between the wooded slopes of the valley.
From the dam, follow Via Miragolo, a quiet and scenic road, until you enter the path that climbs the Valnegra valley a short distance later. After crossing the main road, the route continues along a historic cobblestone path, a testament to traditional valley routes, which gently guides the walker towards the valley floor. At the end of the cobblestone path, rejoin the trail that leads near the Don Palla facility in Piazza Brembana.
Through a series of staircases, you finally descend into Via Ingegner Sante Calvi, where you reconnect with the original path. This final stretch symbolically closes the long itinerary, bringing the traveler back to the starting point after a journey rich in landscapes, history, and encounters, which authentically tells the deep soul of the Brembana Valley.
