Entering the green of the Parco dei Colli di Bergamo, the route winds along via Monte Bastia and the scenic climb of the same name, and then continues on via Orsarola, immersed in a peaceful natural setting. It then reaches via Colle dei Roccoli, where it meets the historic Trattoria all'Alpino, a reference point for hikers and access to a pleasant path that turns into a bicycle path.
The route leads to Ponteranica, along the road to the Mill, to the Capolinea Bike Bar. Crossing the road, it enters the center of Sorisole, riding along via Fustina and via Unione, then connecting to the bike path that crosses via IV Novembre and via VIII Marzo. From here, following the bike path on the right toward via Pasinetti, take the path that climbs gently toward Colle della Maresana, a natural gateway to the first real mountain atmospheres of the itinerary.
