From the parking lot in Via Piazzo, ride along the Brembo River on the bicycle path towards Ambria to Zogno, where you follow the tree-lined avenue to Piazza Italia, where the long climb to S. Antonio Abbandonato begins.
Continue to the right toward Catremerio, a hamlet that has remained intact over the years, reaching the Santella di Grosnello.
From here begins the downhill trail through beech forests and meadows toward Sussia.
We then descend to the Borlezza Valley, first on a technical mule track past the Madrera Shrine and then on a flat-bottomed trail that cuts across the mountainside.
Finally we reach the hamlet of Aplecchio and down again along a flight of steps in the meadow to the hamlet of Paradiso.
After the small bridge of the old funicular, take the mule track to San Pellegrino Terme ending with a series of steps that skim the walls of the Casino. Crossing the bridge closes the beautiful loop route by pedaling behind the Grand Hotel to the parking lot.
