In Selvino, a new and engaging descent along an ancient path reclaimed by Agriturismo La Corna offers an opportunity to explore a picturesque corner of the plateau. The departure is from Vulcano Park: at the stop sign, turn left along Via Camozzi and, at the traffic circle, right onto Via Talpino. After about 250 meters turn left down Via Salmeggia, where a steep climb begins, leading just above the hamlet.
Reaching the saddle, continue straight ahead: the road descends briefly and then climbs back up to the repeaters and the small chapel of the Madonna in Glass, vantage points that anticipate the paved descent to the Passata Restaurant. From here, on the left, a beautiful mule track through the woods leads to Miragolo San Marco.
Once back on the asphalt you turn right and, after about a kilometer, left along Via Castello: a short but intense climb that introduces you to a path in the meadows. From here you take a mule track that descends with striking hairpin bends through the woods; continue left, then right, skirting a meadow and facing a final downhill stretch until you find the road again.
Turning right, you travel about 700 meters until you reach the Agriturismo La Corna, the access point to the new and spectacular Pagan Valley technical-fast trail. The long and fun descent ends just below the hamlet of Ambriola, where you return to the asphalt road. From here it remains only to tackle the final climb - about 8 km - to return to Selvino, completing a route rich in variety, natural views and adrenaline.
