The “Art Nouveau and More” itinerary is a cultural journey designed to accompany citizens and visitors to discover the rich historical and artistic heritage of San Pellegrino Terme. It is a journey to discover the Italian Belle Époque, when the town became an international resort, and in which architecture, nature and well-being were intertwined, giving rise to one of the most striking Art Nouveau complexes in the country.
The itinerary enhances a wide selection of points of interest-from the Casino to the Grand Hotel, from the funicular to the railway stations, passing through historic villas, porticoes, bridges and ancient paths-telling how San Pellegrino Terme has managed, over time, to combine elegance and modernity. Here, the charm of Art Nouveau coexists with a contemporary model of wellness and relaxation, in which historic architecture dialogues with the nature of the Brembo and the services offered by the city, bringing out a unique identity in the Italian tourism scene.
The trail is usable year-round, suitable for everyone and can be walked independently, with families, couples or small groups. Various information materials are available to facilitate the experience:
