The Secular Beech (known locally as “la Fòna”) in Roncobello, in the Brembana Valley, is a majestic specimen of beech about 300 years old, 20 meters tall with a diameter of 370 cm, located near Via Capovalle. It is a point of naturalistic interest that can be reached by hiking, offering panoramic views and being part of routes that connect to peaks and mountain pastures, often requiring a detour from the main path, but with spectacular views.
