Mount Cavallo (2323 m) in Mezzoldo, Bergamo Orobie, is a peak with an elegant pyramidal shape, offering spectacular views and is reached via CAI trail 115, starting from Ponte dell'Acqua; the hike is challenging (EEF) with about 1,000 m elevation gain, traverses forests and pastures of Val Terzera, touching huts and the summit cross, with exposed and gravelly sections, ideal in spring/autumn.
