The Enna Springs, in Val Taleggio, are spectacular karst emergencies from which the stream of the same name springs, also called “Fiume Latte” because of the characteristic whitish color of its limestone-rich waters. From the lap of a cave, the water gushes powerfully, creating jumps, small waterfalls and striking blue pools that make the place particularly fascinating. The trail from Vedeseta runs through shady beech and hornbeam forests, following the stream between small bridges and flat stretches in a cool and immersive natural environment.
Along the way it is possible to detour to reach a curious ferruginous spring: here the iron-rich water dyes the rocks with vivid orange hues, creating a rare and scenic phenomenon. The entire area is characterized by high humidity and rich biodiversity, making it ideal for nature hikes, school visits and for those wishing to discover an unspoiled corner of the Taleggio Valley.
