The history of the’Pedretti Hotels began in 1906, when brothers Clemente and Luigi Pedretti inherited land in Branzi. On a portion overlooking the river, Clement built a multipurpose building with a tavern, rooms, slaughterhouse, and stable. Over time the structure was transformed first into Albergo Branzi and, since 2006, into the current Hotel Pedretti.
Today the Pedretti family continues the tradition by welcoming guests with cordiality and attention. Since 1911, the property has offered stays surrounded by nature, in settings that combine Alpine charm, thanks to stone and wood, and modern comforts.
The cuisine of the restaurant offers dishes genuine and traditional, perfect for experiencing the area even at the table. Rooms have free Wi-Fi, which is also present in common areas and non-historic rooms, ensuring convenience without sacrificing the warmth of tradition.
Typical menus are presented daily, through which guests can learn about the authentic flavors of mountain tradition, carefully prepared by Chef Franco.
