The Parish Church of the Annunziata in Blello is located above the hill can only be reached on foot by walking along an ancient mule track.
The parish complex consists of the church, to which the old parish house is attached. Oriented according to the traditional liturgical criterion, the church is fronted by a wide churchyard paved in stone. The facade is left rustic with edges in local stone. The church has a single nave with a rectangular plan divided into three bays by pilasters ending in capitals and arches.
The roof has a painted cross vault. In the first bay on the left is placed the Baptismal Font, on the right a window. In the second span is placed a wooden pulpit on the left, a window and side entrance on the right. In the third and final bay is placed on the left the chapel dedicated to the Holy Crucifix with Saints Roch and Sebastian, on the right the chapel dedicated to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary. Two niches on each side contain the statues of the Sacred Heart and St. Catherine. The chancel is raised by two steps, has a rectangular plan and is covered with a barrel vault.
