Paragliding on Mount Rena

The resort of Albino - Monte Rena, is one of the most beautiful paragliding locations in the Bergamo valleys located a few minutes’ drive from the tourist areas of Selvino and Aviatico. The official takeoff, equipped with a wind sleeve, is located near the summit of Monte Rena overlooking the town of Albino, at an altitude of about 1140 meters, which can be reached by car following the road from Gazzaniga up to Orezzo and then reaching Ganda on the road leading to Selvino. From here, having parked the car, one heads, with a short walk, toward the clearly visible television antennas where the takeoff is located. The landing, which is large and clearly visible, is located on the edge of the village of Albino, at an altitude of about 350 m, on both sides of the road. It is equipped with wind sleeves, benches, folding area and bulletin board, and ample parking is available a short distance away.
