The Oratory of St. Roch in Baresi was built at a small rock-bottomed clearing, preceded by a wide porch for travelers to stop. The church and porch are covered by a single pitched wooden roof having a covering of slate slabs. It has a plastered facade with in the center and raised by two steps, the entrance portal flanked by two rectangular windows aligned with it.
The portal is surmounted by a fresco depicting the Crucifixion. At the ends of the facade are visible two leaning columns perhaps from an earlier structure. In fact, at one time the church was open arched on two sides. The church has a square plan with, leaning against the back wall, the altar with a stucco altarpiece depicting the Madonna Enthroned with Child in the center.
Two other frescoes are placed in the interior side walls of the church and depict the Virgin and Child and Saints Anthony, Roch and Sebastian. The church is covered by a barrel vault equipped with lunettes.
