The mighty limestone wall of Cima Menna dominates the entire stretch of the Brembana Valley, presenting itself as a mighty mountain of inimitable beauty. Its rocky coastline stretches from the Menna Pass to the Vindiolo Pass and represents a complex world of rock walls, deep channels and ribs that are the main feature of this corner of the Bergamasque Pre-Alps. Definitely one of the most beautiful peaks in the pristine valley behind the Zorzone cross. From archaeoastronomical research by B. Cavagna of Serina, it was possible to identify an archaeological site in this area that features peoples from the Nile regions 4500 years ago.
The mountain is also accessible in winter, but only to experienced hikers with appropriate equipment.
