The Church of St. James the Apostle, is dedicated to the saint of the same name and stands at the entrance to the village.
It presents very simple lines in harmony with the rest of the buildings. Inside there are significant transformations that have taken place over the centuries: white Baroque plasterwork is developed on the cornice and the capitals of the pilasters, while above the cornice are frescoes from the first half of the 19th century. Among the works of art that adorned the small church, of particular note is Carlo Ceresa's altarpiece depicting the Madonna in Glory venerated by Saints Anne and Francis and accompanied by the figures of the two donors: postal courier Giovanni Leone Giupponi and his wife. The canvas is currently kept in the parish church of San Pietro d'Orzio.
