The Church of San Gaetano is located in the hamlet of Catremerio, in the Brembilla Valley. The building is oriented with the apse toward the northeast and is preceded by a paved paved churchyard. The main facade, divided into three sectors, is marked by four full-height pilasters that support the triangular tympanum, the concluding element of the architectural layout. In the central sector is the entrance portal, framed in concrete and preceded by two steps; above it is a circular window.
The interior of the church has a single nave, divided by groups of pilasters into three bays, and is covered by a full-center barrel vault. In each bay, above the cornice, there are side windows that provide natural lighting and connect to the vault. In the first bay, on the left, is the baptismal font, while a confessional is located on the right. The second bay has two entrances: the one on the left leads to the sacristy, while the one on the right serves as a side entrance. In the third bay, on the left side, is the chapel dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows, with a marble altar and painted wooden altarpiece; on the right side of the chapel an opening leads to the belfry. On the right side of the nave, on the other hand, is the chapel dedicated to St. Gaetano confessor, also with a marble altar and painted wooden altarpiece, from which a side opening leads to the parish house.
The chancel, slightly narrower than the nave, is raised three steps in Botticino marble; it is covered by an elliptical cup vault and is completed by the chancel, which is closed by an apsidal basin.
