Salzana Hut
Opened in 2009, it is the first building recovered by the Ecomuseum and represents a unique example of cultural heritage recovery, enhancement of local traditions and functional conversion for sustainable tourism. The Baita, immersed in the greenery of the Taleggio Valley, is located just 500 meters from the center of Sottochiesa (a hamlet of Taleggio) and is easily reached by taking the mule track leading to the Salzana Sanctuary.
The “Chalet & Breakfast” is the accommodation made out of the part of the chalet intended for the men: it consists of a comfortable double room (with the possibility of a third bed), two bathrooms, a wellness area with an infrared sauna and a small equipped kitchen.
Magrera Hut
Book a chalet all to yourself where relaxation and wellness meet farming tradition and dairy culture! This Baita is the second building recovered by the Ecomuseum and is located near the S. Antonio Agricultural Cooperative, it can be easily reached either by taking the road through S. Bartolomeo or from Vedeseta.
The facility consists of two rooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed, two toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen
