The Duke of Aosta Coffee was born from the dream of a group of young people who believe in their roots and in the beauty of the area in which they live. In July 2021, in the heart of the Taleggio Valley, the doors of a historic place, which has always been a meeting point for the community, were reopened with the goal of giving it new life and authenticity.
Led by Mattia Arnoldi, a young chef who graduated from the Hotelier Institute of San Pellegrino Terme, Caffè Duca d'Aosta carries out a project that combines tradition and innovation, respecting the flavors, people and history of the valley.
At Cafe Duca d'Aosta, we believe that quality comes from the roots and true flavors of the land. For this reason, typical salumi and cheeses from the Taleggio Valley are offered, to be tasted in the café's dishes or purchased directly. The cheeses come from Casearia Arnoldi in Peghera, a symbolic reality of the valley, where tradition and passion come together in products with an authentic and unmistakable taste.
Today Cafe Duca d'Aosta is not only a restaurant, pizzeria and bar: it is a place for sharing, where the passion of young people blends with the richness of local traditions, offering tasteful and convivial experiences with an authentic flavor.
