Bracca Source

Sources and waters from the Bracca area in the Serina Valley-a side branch of the Brembana Valley-have given rise to what we know today as Fonte Bracca.
The springs flow in a pristine natural environment, where limestone rock ensures the purity of the water.
Since the nineteenth century, the water was collected and transported in demijohns and barrels to Bergamo, where doctors and pharmacists requested it for its health-promoting properties.
In 1906 the spring was granted to the spa company, which took care of the capturing and bottling: thus the first Fonte Bracca establishment was born.
The official brand name “Bracca” was launched in 1907, establishing the start of a long tradition of mountain mineral water, pure at the source and to this day a symbol of quality and well-being.
The springs-among the most protected and respected in the Lombardy Pre-Alps-spout in a mountain environment devoid of industrial settlements, preserving the natural ecosystem intact.
