Visit to the Dossena Mines
A journey through meanders of rock and time, through memories kept in a small village
Ancient mines used for the extraction of minerals such as fluorite, barite, and galena. The tour route winds through underground tunnels, where you can observe mining structures and traces of extraction activities up close.
Today the area is enhanced with equipped itineraries, installations, and lighting that make the experience accessible and evocative, offering a unique journey into the heart of the mountain.
The event is included in the outdoor calendar “Nature, emotions, and freedom: discover the Brembana Valley”, a review of events dedicated to nature and outdoor activities, spread throughout the Brembana Valley.
